What was the problem?
The Superintendencia de Servicios Sanitarios (SISS) is the regulatory and supervisory body for concessionary companies that provide drinking water and sewage services. As a supervisory entity, they faced communication problems with these companies due to their geographical location.
The Methodologies
The main benefit sought from the cloud migration was to obtain maximum accessibility and effectiveness in communications.
With the implementation of the portal, fluid interaction between the supervised companies and our client became possible, thus making the most of this tool.
The solution was addressed using AWS Lambda, S3, API Gateway, Cognito, WAF, RDS, Route 53, CloudFront, and Amazon RDS services.
